General eligibility

  • Class 12 (or equivalent) with Physics and Mathematics, as required by DGCA for CPL
  • Eligibility for DGCA examinations, including a computer number from DGCA / eGCA where applicable
  • A DGCA Class 2 medical is commonly obtained early; a Class 1 medical is required before CPL issue

  • Secondary school certificates (Class 10 and 12, or equivalent)
  • Aviation medical certificate, as required by the relevant authority
  • Existing pilot licences and logbooks, where applicable
